President Uhuru Kenyatta Warns leaders against Incitement

President Uhuru Kenyatta has warned that any leader who incite Kenyans or engages in hate speach will face the full forfce of the law.Addressing a thanksgiving prayers at Nakuru’s Afraha stadium on Saturday 16/04/2016,the President said that Kenya has opened a new chapter of reconcilliation and gave a pledge to undertake all efforts to ensure that Kenya’s elections will always be free of violence

Mr Kenyatta said that full force of law will apply to anyone,no matter his/her standing in society who engages in incitement.He futher cautioned leaders especially politicians who incite Kenyans that they will be the ones to suffer and not the peole.

Thanksgiving prayer was called to mark the end of the false allegations that faced six Kenyans who Included, President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy Mr. William Ruto,Major Ali who was then Police commissioner,Mr Muthaura who was head of public service,Mr Henry Kosgei former ODM chairman ad Mr.Joshua Sang a Former radio journalist with Kass fm.The six faced charges at international criminal court arising from 2007/2008 post election violence.
